Our company started the manufacturing process by producing engine valve guide. It manufactures standard size guides made of special alloy cast iron and bronze materials. The annual production capacity is 2.500.000 pieces. In 2004, the company started the production of Engine Valve Seat and successfully completed the projects with Tübitak for CNG-LPG vehicles with high chrome special alloy materials. The annual production capacity is 1,000,000 pieces.
In 2014, it started R&D studies on aluminium cylinder head production investment in 2015 and as of today it has become capable of producing 150,000 aluminium cylinder heads for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. Our company melts down all the products it produces in its own foundries and offers them for machining.
